Information you choose to provide

The consultation form requests your name, email, service needed, message, and permission to process your inquiry. Company and phone are optional. You may also select an estimated budget and timeline. We use this information to review your request and communicate about possible work. It does not enroll you in marketing.

Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive information in your message. Form values are not stored in browser storage or included in URLs. They are not sent to analytics.

Inquiry delivery and security

When configured, the website sends inquiries to info@mayonova.com through Resend. The server validates submissions and applies request limits. Production rate limiting uses Upstash Redis and salted, hashed network-address keys; these temporary keys support abuse prevention. A random request reference supports diagnostics without recording inquiry content in application logs.

Hosting providers may process technical connection data.] If required delivery settings are missing, the form reports that sending is unavailable and offers direct email contact.

Cookies and browser settings

The site remembers your theme choice and analytics preference in local browser storage. These settings are not advertising profiles. If storage is blocked, the site remains usable, but preferences may not persist.

Optional Google Analytics 4 is disabled unless a measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics. Before acceptance or after rejection, this implementation does not load Google Analytics or send consent-denied tracking pings. After acceptance, it records page views, consultation-button clicks, and successful inquiry submission events, without form values.

You can withdraw permission through Cookie Settings in the footer. The site disables further tracking, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies where possible, and reloads without analytics. Requests already in flight cannot be recalled; third-party or HttpOnly cookies cannot be removed by page scripts.
